Participation: Student Perception Survey

I want all of my students to achieve academically and have a meaningful learning experience in my course. I use your feedback to improve this course every semester.  This survey is anonymous and the instructor will not see your responses. So, please complete this survey honestly and thoroughly. You will receive credit for completing the entire survey, not based on how you answer the questions. You may only complete this survey one time. There is no time limit.
